Gabriela Linares, MSc. is the Web Developer for the Center for Lawful Access and Abuse Deterrence. She manages the website and online marketing activities. Ms. Linares is an online communications strategist who has been advising organizations on how to leverage the Internet ever since 1995 when she spearheaded the introduction of the one of the first ISPs in the Caribbean, and thereafter lead the successful Marketing and Public Relations of a global software Internet brand.
As a former corporate media spokesperson and online marketing expert speaker, Ms. Linares is invited to speak at national and international events. Her expertise lies in managing online digital campaigns, web sites, social media, blogs, search engine marketing, and email marketing campaigns. Ms. Linares has a history of organizing, training, and motivating teams of marketers, sales associates, market research analysts, media specialists, and managers to perform market research, implement integrated marketing campaigns, foster media relations, organize public relations events, enhance business development, and craft web sites and print materials.
Ms. Linares has a Masters of Science degree in Marketing from Johns Hopkins University and earned her Bachelors degree cum laude probates from the Universidad Autonoma de Centro America in San Jose, Costa Rica. Ms. Linares is the owner of Gabella Designs and teaches marketing courses at the university level.
