We take the privacy of our visitors and the security of their personal information very seriously. We provide this Privacy Statement because you have the right to know what personal information we collect, how it is protected and used, and the circumstances under which it may be disclosed.  By visiting CLAAD.org, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Statement. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies or organizations that we do not own or control; or to people that we do not employ or manage.

The information we receive depends on what you do when you visit our site. We do not collect or retain any personal information unless you choose to provide it to us. You have the right to choose the information you wish to provide.

When you visit our site, CLAAD.org collects and stores non-personally identifiable information, which is sent over the internet without your control. Our services are not intended for minors and we do not knowingly collect personal information about any person under 13 years of age. If you believe that we have information from or about anyone under 13 years of age, please notify us.

Our Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell, share, or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. Although we use industry-standard practices to protect your privacy, we may be forced to disclose information to third parties such as law enforcement under legally mandatory circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications.

Security

CLAAD.org uses industry-standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personally identifiable information, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layers. However, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet. If you contact us through the website, we keep your name and contact information in our database in order to send you a response and future information.

Your Ability to Delete Your Information

At any time upon your request, we will delete the personally identifiable information that you have provided to us. Our contact information is provided below under “Questions and Suggestions.”

Changes to this Privacy Policy

Our current privacy policy was last updated July 21, 2008. If and when we update this Privacy Policy, we will place a notice on our site.
