Some Women with Prenatal Opioid Dependence Are Not Being Treated

A new study by a Queen’s University researcher in Canada, has revealed that 25 percent of women suffering from a prenatal opioid dependence were not being treated for their addiction. The researcher emphasized that the data can be used to show that there should be more treatment options for substance use disorders tailored to women and their children. Read more here.
